The TMS Dashboard gives you a complete view of Projects, Categories, Jobs, and Tasks in Gridly TMS. This helps you quickly see what's happening across all your localization work. If the standard layout doesn't quite fit your needs, you can also create your own custom dashboard.
The default TMS Dashboard
To view the default TMS Dashboard, switch to the TMS module and select TMS Dashboard from the left-hand side menu.

The default TMS Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your localization projects through 4 main sections:

Category Summary
- Displays your categories in terms of Name, Description, Assignments, Priority, Due Date, Created Date, Source Language, and Target Languages.

Project Overview
- Shows localization projects with detailed information including assignees and priority levels
- Tracks project creation and due dates

Task Board
- Lists individual translation tasks with progress tracking
- Shows key metrics including:
- Target Language Code
- Words Completed
- Words Total
- Word Completion Percentage
- Priority Level
- Task Status
- Links to associated job files

Job Tracker
- Provides details for jobs with source and target language pairs
- Displays job status, priority, and assignments
- Includes file references and default settings

Create custom TMS Dashboard
You can choose to create your own custom TMS dashboards according to your project managements needs.

- Open the TMS module in Gridly
- Click New dashboard.
- Enter the name and description for your new dashboard then click Save.

- Click the Add widget button on the top right corner.
- Select the widget to add to your dashboard:
- Project overview: Displays key project details and status
- Category summary: Displays stats for specific categories
- Job tracker: Monitor job progress and completion
- Task board: Visualize and manage your tasks

Text note: Add notes or text-based information

Embedded page: Embed a shared View within the dashboard

Shortcut links: Create quick links for easy navigation

Reference files: Reference files from a Project or Category
- Fill in all required fields, then click Save.

Edit TMS dashboard
To edit your TMS dashboard, click the Edit button in the top right corner.

To change the number of columns in your dashboard, click Change layout and select a suitable layout.

You can also move and arrange widgets. Click and hold the icon next to widget name, then drag the widget to its new location.

Click Done to save your new dashboard layout.
